SAMPRO International is a Pakistan-based private label and OEM workwear manufacturer in Sialkot, producing custom industrial uniforms, coveralls, work jackets, and corporate workwear for international brands, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. We have been exporting since 2014.

Both models run on the same production line. OEM is manufacturing to your locked specification. Private label is that garment finished with your labels, hang tags, and packing. Private label means the garment is manufactured here and sold under your brand. You are not buying a factory-branded product with a sticker on it: labels, tags, and packaging are built into the sample approval, so what leaves Sialkot is finished retail-ready stock in your name.

OEM clothing manufacturing for international brands

OEM production is driven by your specification rather than ours. You supply the tech pack — or a reference sample we develop from — and we cut, sew, and finish to it. Pattern, construction, fabric, and decoration are all confirmed against your documentation before bulk begins.

The practical difference is worth being clear about, because buyers use the two terms interchangeably and then get surprised. OEM describes how the garment is engineered: your measurement chart, your seam construction, your fabric. Private label describes whose brand it carries: your labels and packaging on the finished piece. A brand with its own design team usually wants both. A brand starting out often begins with private label on a style we already have patterns for, then moves to full OEM as its range develops.

Our OEM and private label manufacturing process

Stage by stage

1. Brief & tech pack review. Product type, quantity, delivery market, size curve, fabric, and decoration. A reference sample works if the tech pack is not finished.
2. Fabric & trim selection. Composition, GSM, and colour confirmed against your target price and end use, along with zips, tapes, and threads.
3. Pattern development. Pattern cut to your measurement chart and grading rules before any sample is stitched.
4. Sampling. A development or size-set sample is produced so you can judge fit, construction, and branding on the real garment.
5. Written sample approval. Bulk does not start until you approve the sample in writing. Comments are actioned and re-sampled if needed.
6. Fabric & trim inspection. Incoming material checked for shade, weight, and quantity against the approved sample.
7. Cutting. Marker and lay planning by size ratio to hold measurement consistency across the order.
8. Stitching. Line production with in-line checks on seams, stitch density, and critical measurements.
9. Printing, embroidery & sublimation. Screen print, heat transfer, sublimation, or embroidery applied to the approved placement and artwork.
10. Quality control. Measurement checks, workmanship inspection, and final audit before anything is packed.
11. Private labelling & packing. Your main labels, care labels, hang tags, and polybags, then folding and carton packing to your ratio.
12. Export & documentation. Carton marking, packing lists, and export documents prepared for your forwarder or importer of record.

Quality and manufacturing standards

We do not hold ISO, BSCI, or OEKO-TEX certification, and we are not going to imply otherwise on a landing page. What we can document is the process: sample approval in writing before bulk, incoming fabric and trim checks against the approved sample, in-line inspection during stitching, and measurement plus workmanship checks at final audit before packing.
