A clear tech pack is the fastest way to get accurate workwear quotes and samples. Whether you need industrial coveralls or corporate uniforms, factories execute what you specify — ambiguity becomes sampling delays.
Must-have tech pack sections
- Flat sketches — front/back with callouts for seams, pockets, and reinforcement.
- Measurements — graded size chart with tolerance for mixed crews.
- Fabric & GSM — composition, twill or ripstop, and any hi-vis or FR notes.
- Artwork — embroidery or print placement, pantone colors, and logo sizes.
- Trims — zippers, snaps, reflective tape, and neck labels.
- Packing — fold method, polybag, and carton assortment by size.
Workwear-specific notes
For coveralls, cargo pants, work jackets, and crew shirts, include pocket maps, knee reinforcement, and whether reflective trim is required. Confirm size curves for mixed industrial teams. Browse our workwear collection for category starting points.
Sampling sequence that saves money
Approve construction and decoration on a development sample, then lock a pre-production sample on bulk fabric when color or GSM is critical. Reorders become faster once patterns and art files are archived.
