Our quality process

1. Tech pack & sample approval — measurements, construction, fabric hand-feel, and branding details confirmed before bulk.
2. Material checks — incoming fabric and trims reviewed against the approved sample where specified.
3. In-line inspection — stitching, assembly, and print/embroidery checks during production.
4. Final inspection — measurement, appearance, and packing verification before dispatch.
5. Export packing — carton marking and packing lists prepared to your shipping instructions.

Buyer compliance support

Different markets and retailers require different social, chemical, and factory audit standards. We work with buyers to meet order-specific requirements such as:

• Product specification adherence and measurement tolerances
• Labeling, care instructions, and country-of-origin marking
• Restricted substance / chemical testing coordination when requested by the buyer
• Factory visit or third-party inspection arrangements for bulk shipments
